Review: RAFRA Balm Orange
Wednesday, May 23, 2018 • Cleanser, Review, Skincare
I purchased RAFRA Balm Orange after hearing so many people raving about it. It is a balm cleanser but claims to work also as a massage balm, gentle exfoliator and face mask. Actually it was my first time trying a hot cleanser. I never even wanted to try hot cleansers as they seemed to cause dryness by removing all of oils on the skin, but yeah, some friends' words like "that cleanser is worth a try" make me run into the store and grab it.
Review: SUQQU Moisture Rich Mask and Enrich Foaming Wash
Friday, December 29, 2017 • Cleanser, Review, Skincare, SUQQU
Today I'm writing a review on Suqqu skincare products. As you may know if you've read some posts of this blog, I am a HUGE fan of Suqqu makeup. I picked up these two items which my SA recommended for me when I dropped by the counter.
Review: THREE Balancing Cleansing Oil
Thursday, November 26, 2015 • Cleanser, Review, THREE
I've wanted to try THREE Balancing Cleansing Oil for quite a while because I get many orders for it. In Japan, for the past 5 or more years, everyone used to say that cleansing oils are exactly what make your skin dry out as they take off all sebum. I have dry to combi skin and I hadn't used cleansing oils for years, and I found milk and cream cleansers are certainly gentle but some are too gentle and don't even remove makeup especially when you're wearing sunscreen with high spf or heavy foundation. So I was looking for a good cleansing oil or better cream one, and I purchased two products. One is my current favorite cleanser, Cosme Decorte AQ Meliority Cleansing Cream (review coming soon), and I use this THREE one 2 or 3 days a week.
Review: SUQQU Reset Cleansing Emulsion
Wednesday, July 29, 2015 • Cleanser, Skincare, SUQQU
Suqqu added a new formula to their Reset Cleansing series! This emulsion-like milky cleanser is called 'Cleansing Spa' - means it gives you a relaxing time like spa, at home. This Reset Cleansing Emulsion came out this month and it already has some good reviews on @cosme.net.
I prefer cleansing cream/milk because I have dry to combination skin and most cleansing oils make my skin dry out. I have been using Cle de Peau Beaute's cleansing cream for a while, I like how it removes my makeup gently, but I had always been looking for a makeup remover that could better suit my skin.
